Friends say that they wanted to go Botanical Gardens to feed the fish. (It was Vesak day, after all!) So I took the excuse to take more pictures... ;-)It was a pretty hot day at noon.
Found this mandarin duck closing on the group as we are throwing bread into the water. I point the camera at it and it 'stared' back at me! (Duck very cute hor!)
Took some macro shots of flowers. I think this one is pretty good. The macro zoom lens I'm using is good but as the aperture doesn't stop down wide enough, it hunts alot and is good only on bright and sunny days. Indoor use of the len is not recommended! (Sigma 70-300 APO Macro 4.5-5.6)
