Went for a 1 day break up north. Drove thru Woodland Causeway with no traffic on Thursday. Stayed in the Sofitel Resort. Went swimming, relaxing by the pool and walking about the resort. It's nice there and I would like to visit again. This shot was taken at 7.30am from the balcony which looks out to the golf course green. The hotel was ok. Big room and comfortable bed. Pity I can't stay longer as I need to finish up my project which is due next Friday...sigh... 
While driving back to Singapore, stopover at the Senai town to take some pictures and see if there's anything to buy. Didn't buy anything but took some pictures of the signboards and of the town. Came back via Tuas Checkpoint. Was worried that there will be a jam at Woodlands due to the holidays. Thought of going over to Yeo Bros for some seafood but decided to turn around when the roads to the place we were heading were starting to flood.
Ended up eating KFC and of course topping up the car with cheap fuel before heading to the causeway!!!
